Parent and guardian feedback

Tell us about bugs, confusing screens, ideas or something ChorePop does well. Product feedback is for parents, guardians and other adults—not child accounts.

This form prepares an email to. Please do not include passwords, PINs, biometric information, full payment details or private information about a child.

Your email app will open so you can review the message and press Send. ChorePop does not send anything until you do.

Inside the ChorePop app

A guardian can open the three-line menu and choose Report a problem or idea. Child accounts do not have the product-feedback action. If a child has an idea, a parent or guardian can review it and send it for them.

Safety reports are different

Report unsafe content is the separate family-safety route available to both guardian and child accounts. Do not use this feedback form for an urgent safety concern. For a privacy or data-rights request, email.
