Using ChorePop
Terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using ChorePop. They do not reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Who provides ChorePop
ChorePop is provided by VEEFIVE LTD. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@chorepop.com. Privacy and data-rights enquiries can be sent to privacy@chorepop.com.
Adult guardian responsibility
An adult guardian creates and manages a ChorePop family. Guardians decide which children may use the app, create child PINs, review work and keep the app's ledger aligned with real family cash. Children use ChorePop only as part of a family managed by a guardian. Younger users can read the plain-language Privacy for children page with an adult they trust.
A family ledger, not a bank
ChorePop records chores, routines, allowances, goals and amounts that a guardian says are held for a child. It does not hold, transfer or exchange money, provide a bank account or payment card, or give financial advice. Guardians remain responsible for the real money and for checking every entry.
Daily exchange-rate information is for recording overseas gifts or holiday spending. It is a reference only and may be delayed, unavailable or different from the rate used by a bank, card provider or shop.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect guardian passwords, PINs and authenticator access, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not try to access another family, bypass security controls, interfere with the service or use ChorePop unlawfully.
Trial and subscription
A new eligible family may use one ChorePop-managed 30-day trial. A guardian may instead subscribe immediately. In the UK, ChorePop Family is £2.99 per month. The Apple App Store or Google Play shows and confirms the current price before purchase and handles payment, renewal, cancellation and eligible refunds under its own rules. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not by itself delete family data.
Paid features require a valid store entitlement. If payment ends or cannot be verified, cloud features may become read-only until a guardian renews or restores the purchase.
Family content and acceptable use
Guardians are responsible for chore names, routine steps, notes and other family content entered into ChorePop. Keep that content lawful, suitable for the family and free from abuse, threats, harassment or another person's confidential or intellectual-property material. Guardians can edit or remove family records and accounts. Children and guardians can use Report unsafe content inside ChorePop to send a private report to VEEFIVE LTD; the reported family member is not shown who submitted it. You can also email support@chorepop.com for support.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ChorePop available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change the app to improve safety, comply with law or app-store rules, or add and remove features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
Ending use and deleting data
You may stop using ChorePop at any time. Guardians can request account or whole-family deletion through the app. See the deletion instructions for the recovery period and exact steps. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Responsibility and UK law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, ChorePop is supplied for family and household use and VEEFIVE LTD is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate family entries, real-world cash handling or reliance on reference exchange rates.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to use your local courts.
